The newly renovated Doc Harris Stadium is due to reopen in the fall of 2010 and will showcase Camas as a premier venue for youth sporting events throughout the region. A beautiful plaza is part of the renovation design. Trees and benches will be placed along a paved pathway leading to the stadium. They will greet attendees as they gather prior to the games to share conversation and to visit. Camas residents and businesses have an opportunity to purchase a tree or bench and at the same time invest in educational excellence for future Camas students.
Though not everyone is capable of purchasing a tree or bench indiviually, this is an opportunity for you to join with other supporters of educational excellence by donating to the cost of a tree honoring the Friends of Camas Educational Foundation.
Proceeds will be deposited in Camas Educational Foundation's Legacy Found, providing a lasting tribute to those that have helped build our educational system into one of the premier district in the State of Washington. Earnings will continue to support opportunities for educational enrichment and innovation throughout the Camas School District.
